Pros

They were good at working with people who wanted to move up if they were liked by management. If some people sould not reach the goals they were offered a chance to work in another department.

Cons

There was too much 'socialising' between management and their teams. Peopled who were 'friendlier 'got better treatment than others. In the office iwas in , I was excited that they young managers, but that was not good because they were unable to get respect because of immaturity. Also, they did make clear all the expectations of the job(not just commission),by the time an employee was told their performance was already low.

Pros

Pays well compared to most other comparable jobs in the industry. Also, the benefits are fantastic. Treated like a human, rather than a number.

Cons

High turnover, entry level postions.
