Pros

None, unless you enjoy being treated like you work in a sweatshop.

Cons

Everything... expect to work 12 hour days for months at a time, have an unmanageable work load, and constantly be fed crap from leadership.

Pros

Continual training. Fast paced environment.

Cons

Those who do the job well get to do the work of those who do not. There's been a hiring freeze so when someone leaves the company those who are still there are rewarded with extra work load to dig out the mess the person who left, left behind. Was told "It is what it is" whenever asked why those who stayed with the company were being abused.

Pros

work life balance is OK

Cons

C-suite staff is all talk and has no action; examine your failed IT system deployments and corporate continuous improvement initiatives without any real validated benefits. Its just a matter of time of more people be hurt and being put out of work.
