      Pros

      People I work with within my sales team are great and fun to work with. Good benefits and salaries are comparable to other major insurance carriers.

      Cons

      Sales leadership team does not develop their Sales Managers. The company is losing really good employees every day. Associate engagement is very low and leadership doesn't seem to care. Internal processes have been in a constant state of change and overall strategy of the company seems to change every year.

      Pros

      Great people that became family, very supportive.

      Cons

      Company direction lost the value of the employee and became to focused on the LEAN process. It was always a FUN company to work for and at but then new senior leadership became focused on only profit and gaining efficiencies.

      Pros

      They'll work to get you another job within the company if they remove the job you have, although it may not be a job you want.

      Cons

      Company wastes so much time and money. It is always surprising to see how little is actually done here. The chances of getting to a leadership position are slim to none without leaving the company first. Senior Leadership is absolutely weak all around the company. Only interested in meeting goals, not success.
