Pros

Good work/life balance, mostly transparent, values engagement of employees, co- workers are professional and courteous, good benefits, creates good open door policy culture that encourages feedback to management.

Cons

Becoming too Corporate culture centric, pay lower then other companies, too much reorganization of staff happening, needs to allow time for change impact to happen instead of constantly changing.

Pros

Some great and intelligent coworkers. Some good management. Flexible hours. Severance package.

Cons

Sweat shop conditions - their work/life balance consists of all work, no breaks. Employees belong to the company 24/7/365. Plan to work without breaks, sleep - even on family vacations. No concern for family or health. Expensive benefits. Personal opinions, biases, and which projects you end up on determine your annual evaluation with zero chance for rebuttal. Evaluation methodology leads to a competitive work environment with many unwilling to help others. Too many employees that know and do very little. Too much outsourcing to insure any measure of quality.
