Pros
Nationwide has some excellent talent and hardworking employees. They make the environment more productive and fun than it would be otherwise. Overall I enjoyed my years with Nationwide thanks to those I got to work with.
Cons
For the last 5 years of my employment at Nationwide they were always in a state of reorganization. Every department at every level was constantly under the threat of being reorganized and often what was created was lowering the pay grades and reducing the number of people on the team. So you could make it through the reorg and be asked to stay and your earning power peaked or you would be asked to leave and take your severance and talents elsewhere. Not a pleasant environment to work in.
