Pros

Fairly nice people. Treat employees well. Good benefits.

Cons

Software and development environment are a complete mess. Years of offshore labor code and other outsourcing has created a massive amount of sphagetti code that probably couldn't be cleaned up in a lifetime. Open office layout is very awkward. Technical employees spend the day looking everyone else in the face behind their monitors. Very distracting. The office is also very noisy.
