Pros

Fully remote. Corporate Discounts are nice. Time off is eh decent

Cons

Benefits are not that great. You don’t have full access to your pto at once they give it in increments at the beginning of the quarter. Its a revolving door. Misinformation from recruiters to get you in. Trainers are unorganized and thus training is not so great. They don’t like to negotiate pay despite experience. They micromanage a lot!

Pros

The company is large and there are opportunities to move to many different locations if you desire.

Cons

The leadership throughout the organization create such a toxic culture but it’s incredibly insidious. The kind of place that seems good on the surface but you don’t realize it until you are out how bad it was. Also, no matter what they tell you - their pay and bonuses DO NOT compare to the market. Find something elsewhere, truly. There are so many places to work. This is NOT IT.

Cons
