Pros

Nothing. You add no value to associate lives.

Cons

They don’t value their employees. They preach they do all day but fail to promote within. Routinely hiring from outside the company. They routinely decline to even allow internal associates interviews for jobs that they qualify for, the HR dept is probably the worst I’ve ever seen, their talent acquisition people kill people’s souls.

Excellent pay, parking in executive garage on weekends

Cons

Too many wannabe managers, employees in the control room either snitch or lie and have free roam to do whatever. You have been warned. Watch your back. Management is scared or too lazy to step up and stop them.
