Pros

Great team engagement, managers are actually aware of their teams workload, OT when necessary

Cons

Very stressful with the amount of claims, can be difficult to move into other positions that aren't claims related, almost a 1-track career course once you start

Pros

On the surface this is a really great job. Who wouldn't like inspecting multimillion dollar high net worth homes and meeting very interesting clients? Don't be fooled... stay away...the management team here is terrible.

Cons

While the job itself is great, the management team is terrible. I have worked in the insurance industry for over twenty years and have never worked at a worse place. Stay away from Nationwide Private Client! Poor training, ineffective management and unrealistic work expectations.

Pros

Good benefits and some really good people work at the company.

Cons

While there are some good leaders, there are also some really bad leaders that create toxic environments
