Pros

Really friendly people, good pay and lots of open position within the company

Cons

Their culture has changed a lot in the past 5 years. The insurance company was Allied Insurance until they were bought out within the last 10 yrs and ever since the working culture has changed dramatically. Now the company is huge and it has gone from a nice comfortable company to work for to a corporate environment that is really micromanaged and ever changing, building and tearing down divisions at an ever increasing rate. Not a great job for the independent worker. Heavily micromanaged.

Pros

- Good Vacation package - Company car available for personal use - Job security - Decent Pay

Cons

- Severely overworked - Heavy turnover - Poor upper management - Treated as a tool, not a person - No advancement opportunities - Hard work not rewarded - Poor bonus structure - Poor pay increases even with excellent performance reviews - Poor work/Life balance, several times pre-approved vacation was later voided due to claims load which costs the employee to lose money on prepaid travel arrangements. - Poor benefits package
