Pros

- Good benefits - Nice campus in Columbus and Des Moines

Cons

- Spiteful environment - Management does not encourage growth or employees who seek to understand all aspects of the job - There is a clique culture. Where if you're not a part of a certain clique, you will not advance. - Some management lack experience. People get promoted based on who they know. - Vindictive and retaliatory culture - Compensation was low compared to same position at other companies

Remote working environment; good benefits; independent work situation; local volunteer opportunities; friendly co-workers;

Cons

Top heavy Upper Management; know your place in the "pecking" order; lack of communication between lower manager levels and top level managers; small fish in BIG pond

Pros

There was absolutely nothing positive about this place.

Cons

Work overload was insane, 0 training to what was expected of you, graded on quality assurance rather than closing and settling claims, understaffed, no culture, way too many meeting (2 a day) Just an awful, terrible, nightmare place to work.
