Pros

Can’t think of many pros besides I️ was glad to get my foot in the door of claims but I️ do have many cons

Cons

I️ would not recommend Nationwide to anyone. This place is very poorly managed. There are 5 managers and it’s understandable that each manager has there own styles but with my manager, she was very unsupportive and didn’t help me grow, she consistently picked out my flaws and I️ would get in trouble for things I️ didn’t know rather than being properly trained.

Pros

Nice location and free parking.

Cons

Terrible health benefits. High claim loads no support and management refusing to fill all the positions from all the people jumping ship.

Pros

Many senior people at this job for a reason. It is a great way to work and they show their appreciation for their employees.

Cons

No child care on site. I wish they had more work from home positions. Everything depends on your manager. People don't leave over the company but they do leave over management.
