Pros

The people who work there, at every level, are pretty great. Most care about their jobs and want to succeed. Most care about both the policyholders and claimants. The company is very ethical, never felt like I was denying something that we owed for. Lots of opportunities for advancement, and if you're new to the field like I was, they invest a lot in training and supporting you. Management listens to front line employees.

Cons

Health plan is mediocre. Pay isn't bad, but not great either. High turnover (partly due to internal promotion) can lead to excessive work.
