      -Everyone is really friendly -Management actually cares about you -The lab always has baked treats :) -Great benefits

      Cons

      -Pay could be better but that's what everyone says. -Old equipment, some parts of the facility need to be updated.

      Pros

      great people to work with very patient and understanding a very good benefit package close to town bonus meals at least once a month for safty and jobs completed above average

      Cons

      as a machine operator there is a lot of computer work paper work and math a great deal of responsibility is placed on you with below pay

      Pros

      Great place to work!! Excellent pay, benefits and on-site wellness. The majority of the associates care about one another and all strive to do the best job possible.

      Cons

      Advancement does happen, but very slowly. Worry that talented younger professionals will be leave for greener pastures.
