Pros

Competitive pay, great benefits (onsite massages, chiropractor, EAP, fitness center, and Nurse Practitioner with no fee). My manager and team are awesome. I feel so lucky to work here.

Cons

Wish I had worked here years ago.

HR team works for the company, not you Company is penny wise, pound foolish - it's frustrating to see your project budgets get slashed while another department blows through money. Enzymatic therapy people fight with Nature's way people creating interoffice politics...leads to backstabbing
