      Pros

      Meaningful work: You feel that your work has real value. The pace is fast and the output is high, so you really see the results of what you do. Career growth: The managers truly care about your development. I started here as a developer, and with their help and guidance, I became a Development Team Leader. Personal development: It is a very good place to build your career, learn new things, and feel appreciated for your work.

      Sometimes the workload can be very heavy. Also, because everything happens so fast, there are times when we work on tasks that are dropped later, or we realize it wasn't the right direction from the start.

Internal ownership is unclear, and leaders do not enforce accountability across teams, so problems get passed around. Cross-functional communication is inconsistent, and leadership does not enforce clear operating cadences or standards. Teams are expected to operate with high ownership, but without clear direction or structure from management. The environment is reactive, and leadership does not consistently prioritize building scalable systems over short-term fixes.
