Pros

Flex Fridays are nice. Most of the staff below management level are smart and fun to work with. At times the work is interesting.

Cons

CEO lied about giving us bonuses in this past year's holiday cards, then directed management to lie again when asked about them in early 2016. If the company wasn't in a position to pay them out, they should have been transparent about it. People have also had to wait far too long for raises. Pretty much zero advancement potential here.

Pros

People are nice. Some are very genuine. People can also be very smart. Benefits are very nice, but must be full time to get them.

Cons

Bosses are terrible. Some analysts are very rude. No job safety for anyone. Contracts end and good people get fired. People running contracts are terrible. I was told for months they hire full time, but then they let me go instead.

Pros

Flex Friday (and/or 9/80 work schedule) is great. People you work with are intelligent and collegial

Cons

Where to start? Upper management is greedy and regards employees as inventory, not capital. Contracts are mismanaged and as such employees have little-to-no job security. Company had two contracts to start, and both have been driven into the ground. Many analysts now fear for their jobs on an annual or less than annual basis, due to the company seeking small, short-term contracts. Company missed its opportunity to pivot years ago, and is now desperately trying to stay relevant. Upper management is hostile and manipulative, and in some cases incompetent. One pm has been with the company since its inception and employees under her constantly mock her management and incompetence. The company does not invest in their people. Benefits are fine, but the hoops one needs to jump through are too much.
