Pros

I enjoy the emphasis that is put on a work life balance. I think there is a decent amount of positivity and management does a good job. It is easy to work with the company and everyone is very helpful. I enjoy the general culture of the company and find it to be a generally positive place to work.

Cons

I believe that benefits need to be improved. There should be separate sick leave as many people have minimal PTO and come in sick. PTO in general also needs to be improved. It is very minimal and it takes too long to accumulate more. Pay raises have also been minimal. There is little recognition of career advancements in terms of pay raises. It will continue to be difficult to keep staff.

Pros

Great pay and work environment. Fulfilling work in a rewarding environment. I appreciate management listens to the employees and takes time to understand the issues that the employees have.

Cons

Communication specifically periodic transmission of lessons learned within the company.

Pros

They pay you every two weeks.

Cons

- Cliques, favorites, vendettas against people who actually work. - Dishonesty; I was there when the boss in Westminster got fired for lying about an accident. The cover-up resulted in Navarro losing the contract the following cycle. The 2nd in command should have been fired too. - slow-rolling of work to have more things to bill for next fiscal year. - inappropriate supervisor - subordinate relationships, some affairs
