Pros
Loved my JOB and did it well. I honestly did my best every day that I was there and NEVER missed a deadline. Took on numerous duties that I was not completely knowledgeable of when they were given to me, but completely figured it out and conquered the challenges. Pay is definitely fair, but you have to consider the fact that you won't just be doing YOUR job and there will be NOBODY to come to your aid if you ask for help.
Cons
Completely blind-sided by the way some really great employees are treated so unfairly and the ones that make the mistakes and cost the company $$ in late fees and penalties are treated like gold! There was no consistency whatsoever as far as rules. Each employee was treated how that Supervisor wanted to treat that PERSON, not as an employee in a department in a consistent way. The culture there is completely different that any place I have EVER worked in my entire life.
