Owner is successful in bidding and winning government jobs. Takes advantages of employee's work experience, qualifications and relationship to grow new work elements. Owner visits project routinely.

Cons

Very busy, work is enjoyable, sometimes forget about taking time off.

We are very busy most all of the time. The work day passes quickly because there is very little or no down time. Day to day duties and responsibilities change so I am not bored. Owner driven to success by drive to win new contracts.

Cons

Very little opportunity for time off. If you do take vacation most likely someone from the office will call you so you can help them with issue.
