Working hours don’t add up. The day is 8am-5pm (9hr days) with a full lunch hour not allowed, as I quote you are told ‘if you take the full hour you are already halfway out the door’. Make of that what you will.
To add to this, you are expected to arrive 15 minutes early at least and likely staying behind until 5:15/5:30pm each day. This totals to 9h 30m - 10h days, bringing weekly hours to almost 45 hour weeks, but paid a 37 hour week salary (minimum wage).
You soon learn about the fast track scheme, however, once you achieve your promotion many incentives are taken away. For instance, the ‘company car scheme’ was taken away conveniently as soon as I reached this level. When I noticed others at the same level, receiving it. Bringing it to my next point on a biased treatment of staff, depending on who you are.
The chern rate of staff leaving is very high and seems from previous reviews this has always been the case. You see many people come and go very quickly.
Expect to lose all personal relationships outside of work due to the extreme work life balance. This role destroyed my personal relationships outside of work. I also seen this happen to many others.
A final note, I can confirm the reviews about bonus are true. Never on time, many excuses as to why not, however for some it seems to always come on time and in abundance depending on who you are.
