Everyone is replaceable. Profitability comes before patient satisfaction. Executive leadership is out of touch with the day to day process. Reflects typically toxic corporate culture since owned by Option Care.

Naven Health offers great scheduling flexibility, fantastic compensation and some really cool benefits. I feel so fortunate to wake up every morning and get paid to do what I love.

Cons
