Allows for autonomy and control of your schedule. I have a great Regional Nurse Manager. Fair and competitive pay.

Cons

Training of new hires is sometimes challenging but that is part of the nature of this role - lining up training with actual start of work

I absolutely love working for Naven Health Home infusion, because I'm able to develop a rapport and relationship with each patient. I get the opportunity to be an advocate for them, and a listening ear for any concerns they have. I value each and every minute I spend with my patients, and they become like family to me
