Pros
It is clear that all the staff are there because they either have experience with mental illness themselves or with someone close to them, Or just because they are caring individuals and want to learn. Everyone is creative and determined to make sure the patients have everything they need within the confines of what they can have. And finally, it doesn't matter if you're just co-workers or buddies, it really feels like everyone has your back when incidents occur.
Cons
The atmosphere is still very institutional, but the higher ups in the company said a new building is scheduled, and if you look at the Burien location, something like that would be amazing, and may be in the works. It can be a little confusing to learn exactly how the hierarchy goes, but that also is a plus as you're given a lot of free reign and independent authority, don't abuse it!
