Pros

I've been in the DoD realm over 7 years now and I must say this is the best company I've ever worked for and I've been with several very good organizations. They truly care about their employees and offer amazing benefits (like no other company I've seen), PTO, and offer monthly perks including lunch, bonuses, and I can see that their focus is to strive to be a valuable company for the client and the employees, and this is evident from the top down. I am so glad I work here.

There is very high turnover at this company- beware. There have been many changes in management and the leadership team has little work ethic.

Hello former employee, I'm truly saddened to read your review and, I'm also disappointed that you didn't feel comfortable enough to reach out to me or, anyone else on the executive team to discuss your issues and, concerns about Navstar. I realize we are not perfect, however we do always try our best to continuously improve and, be THE best place to work. That is truly our goal. For any current or, future employees that may be reading this, please feel comfortable to come talk to me about any issues or, concerns about Navstar. My door is always open to you. I am at the customer site and, in meetings most of my day... however, I will always make time for any employee (current or, past) that requests to meet with me. We care about our employees and everyone's feedback matters to me and my executive team.

As the founder & CEO of this company, its incredibly painful to read your review. At the same time, I very much appreciate your honest feedback and, I'm truly sorry that you did not feel appreciated. One of the main reasons I founded this company is so that employees at Navstar feel valued, appreciated and do not feel like just "a number" on a spreadsheet. As we are growing, I realize we are not perfect and, can make mistakes however, we are always doing our very best to improve. However, we cannot improve, if we do not know we are doing something poorly. We have routine surveys that go out to all our employees (for anonymous feedback) and, of course leaders in place to assist with any concerns. My door is always open to any employee that wants to vent and, or provide constructive feedback on how we can improve. Thank you again, for your honest feedback.
