Pros

They had great benefits. They often hired for other positions within the company. You have opportunities to travel to other Nexcom sites.

Cons

Management with in the IT department was often times unprofessional. They would sometimes make the job a lot harder than it had to be.

The Benefits, Salary, Retirement, and the Associates, make you feel like your family. They really care about each other and it shows. As for upper management, that's a different story.

Cons

If you weren't in their "high school click" your out!

Pay is slightly above average for the area, but includes pension, 401K, increasingly more paid time off (after 3 years I was getting 6 hours per pay period. capless sick pay, all federal holidays are paid holidays, long term disability, shopping privileges at Navy Exchange and www.mynavyexchange.com. All around excellent company to work for which cares very much about your longevity and well-being

Cons

At times, it can be difficult to complete projects to your liking due to 'red tape'. Many people have input and because of that, your end result may not be what you had in mind.
