Pros

→Considering the work I do, $15 an hour (especially as a recently graduated high school student) is very, very good. →Whenever I need help with anything, I can rely on fellow associates and they are always willing to lend me a hand. We’ve become so close to the point where we have parties at each other’s houses after work hours. →My immediate supervisor keeps our schedule fair and organized, and lets us take days off without asking why.

Cons

There are a few managers/supervisors, however, that treat associates unequally. They have their favorites, and I am definitely not one of them.

Pros

Coworkers really care about the customers. The Navy family is special and it's a delight to serve them. Benefits are great.

Cons

Pay is good but not great. The benefits and stability of the NEX make up for that.
