Pros

Wonderful place to work and grow

Cons

Avoid the "people person" managers or supervisors. Look out for the slight verbal jabs. They don't have to state they are something, if they are.

Pros

Good benefits, good hours, solid pay, schedule stays the same for the most part, helping members can be rewarding. weekends (sometimes) and holidays off.

Cons

Horrible leadership. Does not care about employee disability. I was recently diagnosed with a mental disability and rather than my leadership look out for me i was denied leave at first and not given the proper resources to navigate this. No resources provided just an attitude and lack of empathy. This will probably cost me my job but I will find somewhere much better. Leadership belittles employees and makes them feel like a number. Treats us like we are little kids getting called into principal's office. We get nitpicked for every little mistake with very little positive recognition. Not to mention the lack of direction with the constantly changing systems and the favoritism for others. Never have i felt like such an "employee" somewhere. Was told this was a great job, I feel that I am just passing the time when i come here now. Management ALWAYS takes the members side during any kind of escalation. The branch with these people is doomed! There is a reason turnover is so high and will remain so as long as they stay in power. What a pathetic excuse for a company. Just like any other company. It is just a JOB, and you are just an EMPLOYEE here. Nothing will change and it will probably get much worse. I am a pretty positive person too but they managed to make me question my own worth and brought me great mental distress. Would NEVER recommend. Seriously, as a company you need to get your ACT TOGETHER. Sorry you couldn't meet my expectations of being a DECENT place to work and you hire the WORST leadership. And it will just keep going because you truly dont care. Your culture is toxic and the leadership is toxic. TOXIC. All I expect to see is a generic "we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations we strive to be the best company blah blah blah" comment from this. Pathetic.
