Everything else. They are constantly changing goal posts and have absolutely no idea what they are trying to accomplish or achieve. Every new "big thing" becomes the major focus without a single thought put into the "why". AI is new so let's pour all of our resources into it, and oh hey please make sure every presentation is done in Copilot! Wait, why does this look bad? You've done a terrible job. And to top all of this off they are backpedaling on their hybrid ideals. It was one day a week, then it became two days a week and now it's becoming 3 days a week. The leadership here has no idea how difficult life is for the employees and are going out of their way to make it exceedingly worse.

Leadership is awful. The CEO needs to go. They’re constantly lying and never delivering on their promises. First we were promised our onsite requirements wouldn’t increase from 1 day, then they upped it to 2 days with another promise it wouldn’t increase. Well well well. Now it’s a 3 day onsite requirement. Just another item in the long list of ways our executive leaders are disconnected from the majority of their employees.
