-Supportive leadership -A sales team that is equally encouraging as they are competitive, we care about your personal success too. - Great uncapped commission plan, on top of hourly pay -Overtime available (overtime pay on both commission and hourly) -Benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k, etc.) -Work from home -Paid vacation -Perfect for someone who prefers a job that pays based off performance. In other words, there is a lot of money to be made here, if you are so willing to put in the necessary work to make it. You reap what you sow.

Cons

-Mandatory overtime during catalog drops. But there is great pay in the overtime. Just know those weeks you will work overtime, usually 5 hours, so nothing crazy, just plan accordingly
