Pros

After 17 years with Stauer I cannot say enough about how pleased I am to be part of the Stauer team/family. Each day brings something new and interesting. Whether that new/interesting is a new product, a new way of helping to get your job done to become the best or meeting and greeting a new co-worker ... it's always exciting and fun. On a more professional side of this about the company - the benefits, compensation and overall work environment are terrific.

Cons

The only "con" I could mention and maybe it's not a "con" is ... we work hard but we play hard too. When our selling season starts we work HARD but when it's over we play HARD and see the benefits of our hard work.

Fast paced job that pays for performance. Benefits are equivalent to large organizations. Flexible Work Schedule. Great team support. Very good training with a very good support team.

Cons

Might feel overwhelm with amount of items that the company sells but each one is described when you enter sku so learning curve is fast.

Management and team are amazing and we all are like a big ol family. Pay is great and also can improve always cuz it’s all about your commissions so sell sell sell, give it your all and you’ll be happy with the results. A huge perk about Stauer is once you show and prove you don’t need so much help anymore there is an option for you to work remote. Which I’ve now been working remote 3 1/2 years for them and absolutely love it. Come join the team, we are all very welcoming & the managers and other representatives will help you succeed with all the proper training you need.

Cons

For commissions it always fluctuates which is why you gotta sell even harder during the slow times of the year.
