Flexibility, management, benefits, and pay. I am able to work remote and earn a great annual salary plus commission. Management works hard to help train employees and make the sales position as easy as it can be. Management is agile and makes positive changes often to help reps.

Cons

Busy season is very busy. While we can earn a lot of money, it is a tough time of the year to be so busy because of holidays.
