Pros
Some of the people you work with are very kind when you first start employment with Stauer and they teach you some basics in Online Customer Service.
Cons
Very limited training, even in some important areas. Also, after being there for only a few weeks it seems people get frustrated with you having to ask questions; you can hear it in their voices (huffing) and also the loud bang sounds each time you call them.
