The starting pay is ok, but you have the opportunity to make more in sales and a lot more if you are good enough for the Super Luxury sales division. IF You apply yourself. Management will listen to you concerns. They will work with you about scheduling to help out with families and school. IF you like jewelry then working at Stauer is a Great bonus. As with any job , you get what you put into it. Management is always will to help you be successful. If you are a success, so is the company. ps. no one tells anyone what to write on these reviews. If we do it we are told to be honest.

starting pay is average, but with effort you can make a decent living .
