Pros

Stauer is small enough that they listen (and act upon) individual contributions and suggestions. But they are large enough to offer a good benefits package.

Cons

This will only be a con to some people, but Stauer is a results driven company. Maximum effort & results are rewarded, but the inverse is also true.

Pros

Customer Service is Remote, good group of people to work with and help is always available.

Cons

They seem to target older people and the older customers don't understand the way their membership works or that they will be automatically billed every year, not to mention the way they get people to buy expensive pieces of jewelry and do not back off even if customers are in a memory care facility.
