      Pros

      There are a number of ways to get paid. The schedules are flexible. As long as you notify ahead of time when taking time off, you can usually get it off. Management is always available for questions and help. Nice pay for the phone work. Work from home is nice.

      Cons

      Constant upselling is required to make a decent check. Some customers are rude and nasty. Not much opportunity for promotions.

      Pros

      Tight knit group of professionals work in concert to respond to the constantly changing business environment. You share in the results of you and your team's work.

      Cons

      As an organization we struggle with staffing as some positions compete directly with Amazon and other retailer. This is unfortunate as Stauer's offers comparable compensation without the downside of getting lost in a much larger organization.
