Stauer ia a great company to work for, I have been with the company for 10 years, in many different roles and i have enjoyed each and every one of the positions i have had here.

The pay is very good for the field. My co-workers are a wonderful group that work very well together. It's a really collaborative team.

Cons

Selling watches and jewelry can be tough during changes in the economy. Any dip in sales can create a stressful environment.
