Stauer is a mid-sized company that means you will get recognition for work you do. That also provides the challenge where you have to be proactive and adaptive as you may be the only one to handle a certain items that arise. This gives a certain sense of independence but with people around that want you to succeed.

Cons

With the small to mid-size status technology that we use, while it works well with what we do, is a struggle to get to working with 3rd party applications.
