Pros

The boss is a very wise person, who has a clear understanding of what he is doing and has made good plans for the future. Therefore, in this company, you can see a very clear development path. Here, you can always find your strengths and areas where you can excel. The management makes every effort to help you solve problems. In this place, you can achieve significant strides in your career development.

Cons

This company hasn't been established for very long, and it's pursuing a completely new direction. This leads to numerous challenges that require innovation and many new attempts. The challenges are not only technical, but also communicational. You'll need to constantly present your new ideas to the team and continuously refine them to gain the team's approval. This can be stressful for many people. However, if you thrive in this kind of environment, this place can be your paradise.

Pros

- Working on interesting, large-scale, challenging infrastructure problems across multiple continents. - A differentiated and market-proven product that is fun to use. - Genuinely fun, cheerful, engaged, interesting colleagues who love poles and wires. - Work culture suits energetic, thoughtful, no-ego people who want to work on hard problems. - Lots of opportunity for career progression, large scopes of responsibilities, international travel, and relocation.

Cons

- There is an expectation to self-learn, independently self-direct, be resilient to adversity, and be conscientious. This can be considered a positive for people who enjoy that kind of environment. - There is no encouragement to over-work, but as with any small rapidly-growing company, there is a lot of work to do. Fun for me but maybe not for everyone. - No-ego environment really requires a no-ego mentality. The ambition of the company and the pace of development probably doesn't suit all personality types. That being said, it does seem to suit many.
