Working remotely creates more challenges with comradery, which is overcome by proactive communications throughout teams.

Company actually cares about employees; benefits are stellar, HR truly cares enough to check-in, I was pushed to bring something authentic to the company rather than just fall in line.

Cons

Project submission days with one of the directos means lots of small changes are left until the last minute. Not a great way to push a project through to deadline.
