      The lack of communication is staggering!

      They have work, and will appear to always be busy because of the inability to retain help.

      Cons

      The "Lifers" they have in the Survey Department who know nothing but the "Nederveld" way and will never leave. Their arrogance is unmatched for having no other frame of reference in the survey industry.
