Very technical, creative for engineers - but boring workplace

Cons

Boring workplace, look down on people with lesser degrees than the engineers. Pretty snobby, unfriendly and overbearing.

Pros

One of the top Engineering firms in the southeast. Neel-Schaffer is a great place to work. The staff are able to offer a variety of services, using professionals who are very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.
