Pros

This is the most family-oriented, employee-focused firm I've ever worked for. Of course the bottom line is important, but their approach seems to be driven by hiring and retaining great talent in their respective fields and providing them with the resources they need to be successful.

Cons

Sometimes communication is lacking, but there are signs that this is improving. They seem to be taking intentional steps to address the issue.

Colleagues make it worth working. Team based atmosphere

Expensive health insurance Good ole' boy system Management lie Deadlines are shortened without taking into account the "Actual" time it takes to get your designs done. "Blow and go" mentality. Accuracy of reviews and designs go out the window with the limited time we have to complete work. We were not making key hires Many missed opportunities chasing work
