      Lots of Great people to work with monthly lunch perks for office Never a bored moment

      Cons

      expected and usually necessary to work over 8 hrs especially if you are salary. Weekend work is usually needed just to keep up with the job load. You will never have enough help to complete work in 8 hrs. Pay is not enough once you account for all the time worked over 8 hrs for Free since it is salary
