      Pros

      I highly discourage anyone to apply to this company they are not only below market rate but also plot behind your back, If you are not a leadership team favourite for some random reason forget any progression or security. HR has been completely fired/let go multiple times due to unrealistic standards that are not backed by leadership. You are measured against a cultural fit that you are not made aware of and therefore are destined to fail. This company is a hire and fire me mentality and I would highly discourage anyone from applying. You will never have level footing. It is male dominated industry and you if you are someone who wants to progress it is a highly flat organization. You will be made to feel comfortable but it is a lie I was fired with no verbal or written warning or provided the ability to respond to negative feedback, based on that I would not recommend pursuing a career as you will constantly be on uneven feet

      Pros

      You get your paycheck every two weeks. That's about all I've got. Oh- and you get to enjoy A/C while slaving away, I guess is another one.

      Cons

      Although the responsibilities of the role and what it contributes are vital to the overall success of the business, you and what you do holds no real value to those depending on you to handle the enormous workload with unreasonable deadlines they have placed upon you. The Manufacturing and Production side of the business takes top priority, and.. it's almost as if they (production, plant mgmt team, upper level mgmt team) see the customer as more of a "thorn in their side," rather than the LITERAL heartbeat of the business. This makes our job as customer advocate extremely exhausting.
