Pros
It's a job and occasionally there are interesting customers or projects. Management positions have decent pay, but many of the low-level workers are undocumented and management aims to pay minimum wage or close to it.
Cons
Literally the company makes boxes, nothing special. Products are overpriced and the company is struggling due to getting beat by the competition. Corporate in the US is a few white guys that travel around but do nothing. Very rude and inappropriate comments on group calls. Swedish people own the company and act like it is saving the world, when they are actually causing entire forests to be lost just to make crates. A lot of nepotism in the company, where family is hired but they are not the best for the position. A bunch of sales/ design/trainees people that really have nothing to show for their pay. HR has no idea what they're doing, and provides wrong information on laws and benefits. Stay away from this company, especially if you are just entering the workforce. This will do nothing for the credibility on your resume.
