Pros

Nice people, stable company. I can work remotely. My small team has helped me grow and learn many new things.

Cons

Most seem to be underpaid, there seems to be a high turnover rate, and not much has been done to address this, despite it being brought up in Q&A during company-wide meetings. Aren't as mindful as they could be regarding remote employees and the higher cost of living in other states, they don't seem to think they should have to account for that when compensating their employees.

Staff at the Cheadle office. No weekend work involved.

Cons

Values based company but not lived by senior management; no progression opportunities; Cheadle office closed without thought for the staff. Poor overall remuneration...very basic.
