The salary is attractive indeed.

Cons

You got hired with x skills, to do x job, but you have to go an intensive "training week" to do a y job that you dont have qualifications for. It is a swim and sink situation. The "training week" is also your probation time. I am not sure if everyone else struggled with that. I decided to leave when I could with one week notice.

•For a startup their growth is very exciting, they are investing in hiring management to improve all processes and are very receptive to staff and member feedback. •They are constantly updating their processes with improved technology which is exciting to be apart of. •The lead GP’s look out for everyone and are very kind and caring. •Senior management often drops into clinic to catch up and update staff. Very positive team culture.

Cons

•Still some processes not set up but very promising. •Things do change a lot so best suited to dynamic people!
