Pros

Casual Fridays and the free parking are a plus. In the summer, there are several company lunches (the company birthday, the CEOs birthday) and a health fair that are provided that are a nice escape from the office.

Cons

Lack of effort to solve any problems that employees bring to them, lack of worker voice, lack of innovation, lack of knowledge of benefits prior to being employed, slow to implement new technologies, high turnover

You get to pay rent.

Cons

You have to work for a bunch of chodes. They only pay enough to afford rent, but not groceries or other bills. 35% turnover rate Mandatory 5 day, 10 hour shifts, even though I was hired in at 5 8 hour shifts and then forced to 4 10 hour shifts.

Tech services and my fellow sales group are amazing!

Cons

Upper management is a cluster from what I can see and those ban behaviors and demands roll downhill. They say they are trying to change company culture but do nothing to actually influence changes. The products were constantly backordered and which lead to a lot of angry customers. The pay and commission is low for most positions.
