Everything Bad management/leadership Salaries are a joke HR is basically useless as they don't do anything to help you, even if your manager threatens you This is just a company that sees you as another number

Absolutely none a depressing work environment.

Cons

Sales staff is very rude and sexiest. I had a sales rep physical assault me and when I notified my Manager and Department head the incident was never formally documented. He was only "talked to and warned that the next would consequences" simply because I was young, a female, and a POC and he was an older man that worked with the company for years and was friends with my Manager. Stay away! The very first day a grounds employee told me "Don't stop your job search." I should have walked back to my car that day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

interesting work-supervisors and senior scientists are genuinely helpful to teach the younger scientists "the ropes" of applied science and product development

Cons

low salary - many of the younger scientists leave because salary is not sufficient to cover school debt and other standard debt obligations.
